Google Messenger is effectually here. Their purchase of Picasa.com also came with Hello.com. Picasa is the first program I have tried that is actually able to organize your pictures in an intuitive way. Hello is a way to share pictures with your friends and family, and it is also an instant messenger. It has built in Webcam / DV functionality, and under the options you can "Enable flying smilies".

Awesome. Alas, Mac users must suffer as this awesome software is Windows only. Anyway, you guys can try it out at my place sometime
